As someone who likes to know the details before I buy, I found the return policy really frustrating. I couldn’t clearly figure out the rules until after I had already placed my order, which made the whole process feel like guesswork. It ended up being more annoying than it needed to be, and I probably wouldn’t shop here again.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the communication this time was disappointing. They barely got back to me, and when they did, the answers were vague and didn’t really help. It kind of left me stuck and unsure what was going on, which is frustrating because I’ve generally liked the brand until now.

I used the product descriptions to help choose a pan, and they did make the decision a little easier. The info was decent, but I still felt like some details were missing, so I had to guess a bit. Ordering was smooth enough, just nothing that really stood out. I’d probably buy again if the price was right, but I wish it had felt a little more reassuring because picking cookware can be kind of frustrating.

I really wanted to like these pans, I really did, but they just didn’t hold up very well for me. After only a few months, the coating started getting scratched, even though I never use metal utensils on them. I ordered from Love the Cook to send something as a gift, i was let down by the wrapping. Maybe I expected too much, but for the price, I thought it would look a lot nicer. The options felt really limited, and when it arrived, it looked plain instead of gift-ready. The item itself was fine, but personally, I wouldn’t use them again if I’m sending a present

I went on there expecting a decent range of cookware, especially with a name like Love the Cook, but the selection felt oddly thin. A bunch of things I was looking for either weren’t listed at all or had maybe one or two options, which made me wonder what was going on. I signed up for lovethecook.com thinking the loyalty points might actually help me save a bit, but they barely add up to anything. It takes way too long to earn enough to use, and even then the reward feels small. In my opinion, it’s not really worth making an effort for. It comes across more like a marketing gimmick than an actual benefit

I ordered from lovethecook.com and wasn’t too impressed when the box showed up. It felt flimsy, there was barely any padding inside, and the corners were all smashed up (not exactly what you want to see when kitchen items are involved).

The product itself might be totally fine, but the packaging made the whole order feel kind of careless. One item even had its packaging torn open, which was frustrating (and avoidable). I expected better and probably wouldn’t order again if this is how they usually ship things
